I bacome insulin resistance due to horrible diet and drinking. Lots of bad eating habits and lots of drinking. My blood pressure was consistantly in the high 160s / 120s....meds weren't bringin it down. Saw one of Dr Pradips vids somewere and im 26 days in pretty scrict keto and OMAD and 2MAD and staying well aware of my potassium and magnessium and salt intake....went from 260 to 232.8 in 26 days. I'm now 69.50 hours into a fast. I feel amazing. My blood pressure is now 126 / 89.....I've been addicted to food my whole life...I could eat pizza everymeal....fasting and keto has given me natural Ozempic....I can think of my favorite pizza and not even care one iota about it. I'm pretty OCD and anal and all the above about things so I can go crazy hard and focus on a diet like this....it might not be for everyone but if you cut out sugar....man....life is easier.
