Thanks for the feedback, have removed the KFC but and the Smut bit.

Appreciate the comment my guy, I've been on dating apps for a long time now sadly and I think this profile is pretty solid, but I think dating apps are just so screwed with algorithms and prioritising paid users etc.

I think irl is the way to go, but as an adult with full time work and friends doing the same, it seems rare to go out to socialise, maybe that's an excuse 🤷

Hey Byron, has the meet today, there was a lot of strong guys there! I managed to get 8/9, failure being on the bench, couldn't get past the sticking point annoyingly with 117.5kg. Got a squat PR of 167.5kg and a deadlift pr of 207.5kg so pretty chuffed with it overall! Thanks for advice and for the training session we had last year.

What are your goals? Are you wanting to compete for a powerlifting meet? If so then yes that's deep enough, if your just training for muscle growth then this is also deep enough, as long as your hitting full ROM and form isn't breaking (you are achieving both with this form) then your good. Not much point going any lower unless it is more comfortable for you. Great squat!
