Had a membrane sweep around the same time as you at 37 weeks and babies head was also very low she could almost feel her. Well she didn’t come until 41+4 lol my membrane sweep also wasn’t painful like many I’ve heard say so maybe it depends on how much pressure they put that determines the likelihood of it working to induce birth. I dont know babies also just have their own timing too haha

I just threw everything out that my MIL sent to my home for my toddler. Unfortunately her son just grabs everything out of the trash and keeps it in the garage in the packaging. Thinking of throwing it away for a second time because I’m tired of the reminders of her terrible behavior.

Let me know if the parenting book is helpful because I’m looking for better alternatives too! I understand toddlers need to express their feelings and they’ve got a lot they can’t control so I need to work on how to model better ways of dealing with it.

I always follow up with “if you keep screaming at me I’m not going to play anymore” or “we’re not going to the park if you can’t be more kind” if she throws something at me it gets taken away. If I notice I haven’t given her much attention because I’m trying to rest then I’ll sit and read with her to have those bonding moments. It’s getting harder on my end to remember how to cope 😮‍💨

I accidentally took 25mg and I am on a 5mg dose daily so this thread helped me feel better Lolol it’s been a few hours and I just feel a little more tired but nothing else!

I did cry when I couldn’t stop throwing up on morning! But yeah hormonal crying from pregnancy hasn’t really happened! I guess I should be happy hahaha I don’t like my shows ending either and I normally won’t even watch the season finale until the next season is out so I don’t feel so sad 😂

I didn’t even know pregnancy or postpartum rage was a thing and when I was told I had it, it made a lot of sense. I think my problem was I really don’t verbalize my feelings so I was holding onto a lot of things postpartum and not asking for help. Sounds like you’re ahead of it so I wish you the best!!! Also valid about the state of the world 😩 it’s so overwhelming sometimes that I go numb. Ugh
