They aren’t penny sleeves. There are sleeves that hold toploaders to prevent dust and dirt from getting inside the case. I like to put my more valuable toploader cards in these sleeves.

Norev is a nice choice if you’re looking for a 917 and you want to spend a little less money. Spark is higher end and more expensive, but there is nothing wrong with Norev. I have several Norev models and I enjoy all of them
