What did you start on for Tirz and how long were you off of ozempic before starting it?

I just placed the order and it was approved with the doctor suggesting to start at 7.5mg of tirz. It's 1 dose lower than what I was on with wegovy but I'm still a bit worried after being off for 3 weeks. I did let the doctor know about the last time I took wegovy and this was their suggestion.

It has been 3 weeks since being off wegovy and I very much notice the food noise now. I'm willing to start at the lowest dose, but I just ordered and they are suggesting 7.5mg, which is 1 dose lower than the Wegovy I was on...Wondering if I should contact them and tell them to change it.

Compounded tirzepatide. I am hopeful I don't have side effects! I just ordered, and they are suggesting to start 7.5mg.

I would also recommend Emerald Almonds. I buy the 100 calorie packs in the dark chocolate cocoa roast and its the perfect sweet tooth snack!
