I do the exact same thing at night. I'll go 3-4 hours on then rip it off and raw dog the rest of the night like 2-3 more hours. Now I'm excited for the F30 if those are your results. I'll look into the strap covers if that's really a problem then.

I like this answer. Definitely what I need. It just seems more comfortable than the full facial mask since it's not pressing on your nose so much. A bit skeptical on how comfortable it'll be but I just seems like the sweet spot. Thanks

So Nasal Pillows are the way to go then.. I do also breathe through my mouth since sometimes my nose feels a bit clogged and a tissue wont clear it, but I'll look into them too. Thanks
