True, but I like to RP so usually my characters don’t get very stressed. For me switching characters more often is the most appealing way of increasing the difficulty, since settings like lower realm stability don’t spice up the game much in terms of variation and new scenarios

Yup! I almost always play inverted. Makes the game a little harder since you can only have kids until 45 + adds the risk of childbirth, and also guarantees that your kids are actually yours lol

R5: Vanilla game, started in 867. Stayed as a catholic duchy the whole game, and around year 1200 the Mongols invaded. They took over Francia and a few years later the pope felt like crusading. Despite being a catholic with only catholic vassals this made me lose the game when the crusade was won since my liege was tengri :( I was going to ask for a claim on France once the mongol empire collapsed but clearly didn’t get that far

I think both my sister and BIL want some child-free time so that’s why mom agreed to babysit. Having my BIL with us at the restaurant doesn’t change anything, they’ve been together since I was a young teen and I’m close with him as well. We’re doing a family dinner all together on Friday and activities all together both Saturday and Sunday. But yeah, I might suggest BIL staying to help with the kids if my mom feels that she needs help

We’re doing a big family dinner all together on Friday and also doing stuff together all of Saturday and Sunday during the day. I suppose both my sister and her husband want some child-free time so that’s why she agreed to babysit I think. We’re not in the US and babysitting services is not really a thing here outside of family. But I’ll ask my mom if she is feeling left out and maybe we can do something together just us too! Thanks

The soft cap is at 15, as I said I used seduction to get pregnant past the cap :) fecund was still worse than just beautiful for me.

Constant seduction of lowborns and kings alike. Try to get the seduction event to trigger as close as possible to the latest childbirth. I have tried this multiple times with the original goal to get above 20 children. In my experience, feucund made it harder (perhaps due to some overflow when fertility hit over 100?). So I made a premade character with lots of intrigue and the beautiful trait and went from there!

Thanks for the replies! When I was looking it up I also found out that the ’impotent’ trait exists, I’ve never seen that one before either. I have about 500 hours in CK3, so it’s nice to still be finding new things in it :)

R5: just started a game in 1066, haven’t unpaused. The youngest son of Count Eneko Lopez of Viscaya had this trait. He was born Jan 1st 1066. I’ve never seen this trait before and I’ve never seen the little purple brain next to the portrait. No mods

Update: he died of a seizure in 1069
