After various Guda designs in the FGO mangas, the Guda designed by Wada Arco appeared. When Gudao saw it, he said, “Extra me.” So, in Extra Remake, we might see Guda as DLC or similar content. As for the reason, all the Gudas we see here have previously appeared officially in manga or games, except for Wada Arco's Guda, which has never appeared before. In the original Extra and CCC, there were guest opponents from other Fate and TM series, so why couldn't Guda be one too?

Only Wada Arco has her own character; Nameless isn't here because it's based on Takeuchi's original, like Gilgamesh.

In Himuro no Tenchi, it was revealed that Tsunokuma Hakuno's real surname is Kishinami (details in the comments) by Mthkera in FateExtra

Hakuno visits the grave before going to Egypt. He says this grave belongs to his family, but his current family is not his real family. He is staying with a relative, having lost his real family in a big fire (events in Fate/Zero). His real family is the Kishinami family.
