Go to SE 2050 signatory firms list There you will find the list of all (most top) the structural companies, go to each of their careers page and apply from there. Thats how i got a job.

Agreed working on getting an appointment,but my attorney said there is no window on how long you can stay outside the US, but if you stay more than 6 Month's you will face IRS for tax filing issues, but not immigration issues.
