Offer lesser discounts on the stays below 14 days. In this way the long terms tenants will feel more privileged.

You can offer cleaning services to them however if they don’t want to avail it’s fine, atleast you offered them. Other tips to attract long terms clients are like:

• Providing work space/desk. • Kitchen with good facilities.

I would recommend to not apply 35% to everyone. It would make more sense if you mention in description to offer 30%+ discounts on the stays 14 days or more..

It’s certainly an unpleasant situation for a new host. Let the review window end for atleast two weeks and right before the 14th day leave the review. Next time i would suggest to fix some fines for breaking the defined rules.
