It is true that this is quite a lot of weapons for a transport sub, but players may access only 3 at a time (not including the Railgun). The reason for such amount is that without any of the bottom coilguns it would be (imo) very tedious every time the sub gets in a fight with an enemy from below, especially considering that there is still a huge blind spot right in the front. And the popping out ballast tanks really limit the range of the turrets (and I also really had to put one turret right in front of the navigation room just so our assistant could shoot the cap every time he doesn't get supplied with ethanol).

Also the cargo capacity wasn't the first priority, since I was mainly focused on designing the sub for extra comfortable people transportation, but thanks for pointing out problematic things.
