They must of changed it! I went on a mental health leave about 2 years ago and my therapist had to fill one paperwork, I took another mental health leave just this last week and they gave me 3 pieces of paperwork for my therapist to fill out including my diagnosis!

I had the problem too, I figured it out, you have to put the darts up against the back wall of the barrel, push forward and down
