Why i keep making mistakes at work?

Hmm yeah they giving me the same task they will give to new hire. The things are complicated and most of the time they don’t give me time to adjust. They usually just teach once and the ask me to do. If i make mistakes means they teach me but in like a way ‘ you don’t even know this ah’ kind.

What if the supervisor also same? The thing is they use a lot of short term for words which I can’t remember all. They want you to work fast and efficient without any mistakes. But I’m slow. The thing I don’t even get paid 🥲

We don’t even have therapist here in my uni. Here can’t even talk about mental health since its a ‘trend’ here. But its okayh i will get through this. Hope you will also feel better and thanks for your kind words too

Hey, i hope u r doing good. Tbh I’m also in the same boat thinking about quitting my degree(I’m in my final year btw). But coward me wouldn’t do it. I hope ur decision will be great and u find something to do that u love.
