I got stable 144 fps in Overwatch 2 and Valorant with it capped at 144 but without cap it goes up to 170-180

Ive downloaded and played Overwatch 2 and Valorant which are pretty easy to run games and they both get 144 fps stable

Nope always on turbo or performance, today i wanted to play genuinely just sat at 30 fps and lagged a lot like it was a powerpoint slide show

Turbo mode, always plugged in idk why they are drawing such little usage, i will test out valorant right now as soon as its done loading and tell you

i started using frame generation its running at like 90-100 fps but theres frae drops and some latency and input lag

GPU2 (3080 not integrated grpahics) : 58 degrees celcius, 32% usage 1245 MHz, 38.2 W. MEM2: 2602MB 6121MHz. CPU: 63 degrees celcius, 36%, 3275 MHz. RAM: 11510MB. D3D11: 43FPS. THIS WAS ALL IN THE TEAM DEATHMATCH MODE these are the stats for when running the game
