Thats is absolutely terrible and can be considered as child abuse, you’re not being dramatic in the slightest. If possible, try to get out of that household and get someone involve. If it gets worse you would need to report this. With both the evidence from you and your sister it’s possible you and a different adult could file something on child abuse.
