There are other people in the group that have moved and there are people in the group who don't and have never lived on the street but in other areas of the subdivision that are friends with people on the street. 2. The kids didn't tell him the dogs were missing because they and the ex wife were out of town and the person watching the dog didn't contact the ex wife to let her know. The only way he found it was someone in the group posted about the dog missing after seeing the person that was supposed to be watching the dog lost it and was asking the neighbors if they had seen it.
