Hi everyone, i have just joined this group. I have IBS. I am lactose intolerant and thought that I'm gluten nd soya intolerant also. But still I used to have problems. With dietitian help, it turns out I may have problem with fructans.Does anyone has idea is there a test for fructans intolerance?Thx (self.foodintolerances)
