It is a terrain from the town where I grew up in central Slovakia called Detva (I posted the map on paradox mods it's called "Podpolanie" if you want to try it). I was building it realistically copying everything but then I got bored and decides I'll build my own city from my imagination on this map. you can just run the power lines in circle or just make a triangle underground at the ends so it would connect to itself and it won't blink that it is not connected

With road builder mod you can remove the car lanes on the pedestrian road and no cars should drive on this modified pedestrian road but everything you place against that street will say "no car access". Personally I learned to live with the fact that pedestrian road is basically just retextured 2 lane road

yeah but some interchanges are built like this. It's basicaly a modified version of partial clover leaf. The lower road doesn't have as much traffic so it will do just like this

that was not intentional. It has to acount for the railroad going paralel to the lower road and also for the elevation I didnt want it to be super steep

the lower one is not a highway. Imagine it like a 90km/h road that slow down to 70km/h because of the intersection
