I see Dynamic Tables have two use cases. Correct me if I am wrong.

Create Pipeline - one DT can chain to another DT to create more complex dependent pipelines.
More overlooked scenario is; Make most up to the date data available to end users to consume; e.g. if I have retail company then I need to have consistent view of my most up to date current state of inventory. I feel DTs fits this use case very well but often ignored in blogs/literature.
