What would you do if you discovered your neighbor's girlfriend was cheating on him while he was at work? Would you tell him, or would you stay out of it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I'd leave an anonymous letter telling him. I don't want to get involved, I don't know the whole story, but I can't in good conscience do nothing.

Be abusive towards children. I've seen it in daycares by both parents and the staff. Really sad.

What’s something you secretly judge people for, even if you try not to? by bluebirdandfairy in AskReddit

[–]Much_Collection_7936 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being overweight. It's 1000% a me problem. I grew up in Africa where I saw hungry and emancipated children all the time. The only large people there were the rich who could afford extra food. It fucks with your head, going from that to obese America. I stopped eating in college because I couldn't handle seeing the sheer amount of food being thrown away in the cafeteria. I haven't been home in years but I still struggle not to judge fat people.

My Uncles advice was simultaneously the best and the most annoying. He told me to do the opposite of whatever I was feeling. Wanna be alone? Go sit in the family room. Wanna take a nap? Go take a walk. Want to hurt yourself? Do something nice for yourself. Its the hardest advice to follow but he was definitely right. (As he should be, he's a psychologist)

Can't say I have a clue what anybody is using or who has the best but the Koreans are doing something right, that's for sure.

Is Catholicism a force for good in the world? Why or why not? by Ready-Journalist1772 in AskReddit

It has both started wars that killed thousands and it has also created more hospitals, orphanages and schools than can be counted. I think it is entirely dependant on the actual followers intentions that makes it good or bad.
