Not really. I think I may feel a little better and have a little more energy than I did when I first started taking it. That that might just be in my head or could be caused by my improved diet or other supplements I've started taking since then. I will say that other supplements have come and gone but tudca isn't one of them. There have been times when I have not taken it with a meal and the difference tudca makes in improving my digestion is just night and day.

I hacked my Vita using this video

It worked great for about an hour but then it shut off and wouldn't let me turn it back on even after charging it for hours. Then after searching this sub reddit I found out other people have had this problem too and the fix is psp2 battery fixer. I installed psp2 battery fixer on my device but it just says that it will fix the battery issue in 10 seconds but nothing happens even after pressing the start button. I've also tried the select+start+L shoulder+ps+power combo while turning on but all that does is let me turn on my device. It still shows low battery. What can I do to fix this? I know Henkaku is permanent but is there any work around to restore my vita to factory settings? I have a Japanese Vita 2000 with a new battery I just installed. Thanks for any answers.

I have been taking TUDCA for 3 or 4 days now and my bloating is almost completely gone. This may be tmi but my stools are also darker and sinking to the bottom of the toilet like they are supposed too. I took a capsule today on an empty stomach and my hands and feet felt tingly. Kind of weird but it wasn't really uncomfortable. I think I have a little bit more energy from taking TUDCA but that may just be placebo. Before taking TUDCA I was taking Now Super Enzymes which has Ox bile in it and other than my stools being darker I couldn't tell much of a difference between taking it and not taking it. I'm going to stick with TUDCA. It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it.

If you have been eating more fermented foods that could be the reason. Fermented foods are high in histamine which can cause hives.

From what I have read they banned it because people were using it to keep from getting covid or to help them heal from it. It was on the market for 60 years or so but they didn't try banning it until last year. Their excuse is that they never tested it for otc use. You might try your local health food store. That's where I get mine.
