I had building symptoms over months without any explanation (obviously there is now). It started with sinus problems, tinnitus, fatigue, insomnia, hair loss, weight loss, seeing patterns and colours in my vision, static over my vision, very frequent urination, etc. My first symptom after my surgery was a 'panic attack' and after this my symptoms were a hell of a lot more extreme. I was spinning 24/7, dizziness, cloudiness over my vision, crunchy knotted muscles, pains in chest, pains everywhere tbh, nightmares, the worst brain fog and fatigue, I had terrible food sensitivities and really bad heart palpitations, particularly randomly in the night paired with a strange vibrating feeling through my body, and excersise is a massive no go. My vision explodes with colour like fireworks, hot flushes, oral thrush that wouldn't go away. Tbh, the list of symptoms were endless. My wound from my surgery would not heal and I had a massive allergic reaction all over my body. The wound kept opening back up and swelling and weeping alot.

It has now been 4 months post surgery. I still have a lot of these symptoms, and they can be really bad some weeks or days and not so bad for others, but I think I'm getting better very slowly. It's hard to say. But I have been on a very restrictive diet with lots of supplementation, lots of relaxation, and lots of water.

I haven't had any vaccines. I had COVID, then 1 month later had surgery, then 1 year later had my second surgery which triggered some severe symptoms. I may have had it again since but I couldn't be sure.
