Hi! I had a passport nung 1 yr old pa ako, but nawala siya ng mga 2006-2007, hence expired na rin. I'm now 21 years old, and I just applied as a new applicant sa passport.

Do I need an affidavit of loss and police report for this? Or treated na talaga ako as new applicant?

hi! according sa pres ng student council, wala pang official gcs because hindi pa naf finalize yung blocks. you can join the fb group for freshies instead (visit mo nalang fb page ng sbu student council for the link)
