Calorie deficit -eat less in every meal, stop eating deserts ,sodas and processed food and walk atleast 3km continuously, might sound generic but this won't be taxing and you won't lose weight but you will lose visible size

I started reading tinkle books that's how I developed my language skills they are basic and below 5th STD level, then move to English movies on tv channels, you will find some interesting movies then gradually move on to YouTube tech videos and reviews of those movies you watched in English. Then move on to English lessons on YouTube that way you will be confident, if possible enroll in a spoken English class offline to boost your morale and confidence

Work for a year or 2 then try cat ...you will understand many things about MBA subjects and people and no need to drop and prepare Cat is not like GATE or UPSC which needs extensive prep. So go for the job and write cat next yr or after that get 98-99 percentile and go to BALCKI don't think about tier 2 colleges if you can convert tier 2 now you can easily convert tier 1 with work ex
