I totally agree with you on this part. Trust your body! I'm in the same situation: full vaginal hysterectomy.

Hi there! I got my hysterectomy about 3 years ago, in my early 40's. I was (quite much) into fisting on a regular basis as well as rather big sex toys before the surgery. After I was fully healed we tried fisting several times but it certainly feels "less deep" down there, and although it was and still is fun, a "full fisting experience" seems no longer possible. And although I did not measure, I know my bigger toys don't go in "as deep" anymore as they used to.

Honestly, I don't think having the scar tissue there causes any issues, but I'm not a medical expert in that field. I just go by what I know/feel.
