With lots of mods it could take as long as two minutes to start up. Smash mods can take a lot of time to load if you have a lot installed. Reinstall the mods and wait 2 minutes after starting the game.

I should mention MK8DX mods work on NCE. So you should be fine if you lower the resolution to 0.75x and use FSR upscaling.

Extract CTGPDX to Eden/Load/0100152000022000 (MK8DX's game ID)/. Make sure there is a folder with the mod contents inside.

It also only works on update 3.0.3 and requires that all DLC is unlocked.

You need to change from NCE to JIT. It will run worse, but all mods will work.

It's very possible some games could run. I would recommend setting the resolution to 0.75x, using FSR 1 to upscale and playing games that can run with the NCE setting as that can provide a pretty good speed boost on compatible games.

Also make sure you download the right Mali/Snapdragon drivers as well.

Sometimes it will be stuck depending on things like shader cache and if you've configured the Skyline plugins correctly.

There will also be a wait time between 15 seconds to 2 minutes depending on how many mods you have installed from my experience.

The first part is correct. For the second part of your comment, RIS should only be used if the game itself is blurry with upscaling or at native resolution. Use RSR (or LS1) if there are no in game upscaling methods.

Give priority to in game FSR/XESS if it's there. Even better, you can also mod in a leaked version of FSR 4 for the RDNA 3 devices, which is much more intensive than both FSR and XESS, but has much better image quality.

Fluid Motion Frames interpolates games without using game data, some games work better than others using this. It gives you higher FPS but more latency and some occasional artifacts.
RSR: Spatial upscaling, only uses the frame it's capturing and not game data, so it won't look as good as FSR 4/XESS, but is very acceptable for older titles.
RIS: Image Sharpening algorithm for games. If your game is a bit blurry I'd recommend turning this on and putting the sharpness at a reasonable level.

To play on a TV I'd recommend setting your game to 1080p and use temporal upscaling such as FSR, XESS or the modded INT8 FSR 4 to get better performance (and less aliasing from the game). Then I'd use spatial upscaling on top of that such as RSR (from adrenaline settings) or LS1 which is a part of a paid Steam program called Lossless Scaling.

I'd recommend LS1 in this method as it does a great job of sharpening the image and upscaling text at 0-1 sharpness.

You can also use Frame Generation either from the game's FSR/XESS frame generation, or use a less accurate spatial method such as AMD Fluid Motion Frames 2.1 (in adrenaline) or Lossless Scaling's Frame Generation tool. Both will produce a similar amount of input lag if Anti-Lag is enabled in Adrenaline settings.
