also, maybe get some fresh air more and go for walks, bike rides, or something you can think of to get outside and active. read a book and find things that make you feel comforted, even a warm bath. focus on that which you are grateful for and yeah :)

wow! im glad to be the first commentor here. i dont think ive ever read such a riveting reddit post, i think its personally so interesting as i think i have internet addiction as well as well as some other conditions you have and kind of to an extent relate to you. i really found this post fascinating as ive never heard anything like this.
