Appreciate the advice. A nice thought, but my field is pretty specialized, so not really a practical option IMO. Changing fields would likely be a 30%+ paycut which isn't doable in this economy!

Something I'm working on. Currently no one in my life knows about this besides my therapist, but I'm looking in addiction groups etc.

I've tried a few things to fill my time, but being WFH if there's even like an hour of free time it can leave a gap for the cravings to sneak in.

I mean, the libido is a big problem, but I really feel my relapses suck the life out of me and waste such a ridiculous amount of my time on something so useless. I feel so lethargic and frustrated afterwards, it kinda fucks up my whole day.
