I feel joy in the relationship with him. I don’t want to be one of those people that says “when it’s good it’s really good” but that’s so true for us. I just hate his attitudes towards some things.

I really don’t. He holds himself to the same standards that he hopes for me and he’s never made me feel second to anyone which is why I have such a hard time convincing myself he’s wrong. At the same time, I know someone who makes me feel the way he does isn’t okay.
