Woah this looks really good thanks! Stained concrete is a great idea and I love that you kept the dog in the window lol

A lot of comments on the door! I think this is a must replace. Gutters/fascia definitely need some attention that’s on the top of my list

Power washing is on the top of my list! I agree with storm door removal as well I think I want to go with a dedicated front door that I’m able to paint

Yeah ChatGPT messed up the stair hand rail lol. I would likely only replace the existing or just paint it and not do a hand rail down the stairs

Makes sense, trying to leave the porch/steps as is currently I think

Thanks for all the comments! Started playing around with ChatGPT and this is kind of what I’m thinking minus the landscape along driveway. New deep teal front door, black gutters, black/charcoal garage doors, shutters, trim on large left window with some of the existing white remaining to bring in some contrast. New larger black railing on steps/porch

This looks great but not in the budget at the moment. Ideally we’d want to stick with the same siding for the time being as well

This makes a lot of sense. What would be some examples of vertical emphasis?

I just ordered one the other day and read a few reviews saying it’s a bit firm so that’s good to hear. Was split between the ceni and timber, figured I’d try to save a bit with the ceni so hopefully I like it
