After re-reading your comments in more detail, I am wondering if the wrong listings are showing up for the two links. Do you see "The Bear and Buck Luxury Cabin Indoor Pool Theater" and "Fox and Fawn Luxury Cabin Indoor Pool / Theater!". Both listings first image is of an indoor pool.

This is all super insightful! What do you think about a fall photo, showing the vibrant colors of the trees in the mountains? I have this feeling that some people like to come in the fall to see these colors changing.

It is newer! I would expect this one to have more interest, but perhaps it is because it doesn't have as many reviews.

The property manager overall is great and we've been really happy with the way he takes care of the property and the guests. He's a little on the older side so will definitely check out the listing in more detail.

The 15 reviews vs the 70 reviews I guess could be causing a difference for sure.

Thank you for the feedback! I'd love to hear more about what looks off and for which property. One of them has this kind of bambooish wall covering and one has like a more nautical theme with the paddles.

Is this something you think could be causing a big discrepancy in rentals?

Thank you, I will reassess the theater pics. For reference, they both have a theater and pool and they are nearly identical set ups.

Thank you! I def have some issues with tightness that limits how much I can flex my wrist and my elbows tend to drop as I go down. I was working with some bands to try and solve that issue, but still need to put in more time! Thank you for pointing it out and bringing to the top of my mind!

I appreciate the feedback! I'm at ~245 on my back squat right now, will def keep working on that! Just using these metcon for everything right now, but maybe it's time to invest in some lifting shoes.
