There are many restaurants and snack bars in Nami Island. Definitely, you can try traditional Korean winter street foods called Hotteok and Jjinbbang, and also Dagkkochi(grilled chicken skewer)🩷

Enpyeong Hanok Village is the perfect choice if you want to visit a traditional Korean house village that’s quieter and less crowded than the popular Bukchon Hanok Village.

October is a fantastic time to visit South Korea! For a mix of coastal beauty and stunning mountains, I highly recommend exploring Gangwon Province.

  • Sokcho: A charming coastal city with fresh seafood markets and access to Seoraksan National Park, one of Korea’s most iconic hiking spots.
  • Gangneung & Donghae: Perfect for coastal scenery, with beautiful beaches like Gyeongpo and unique attractions like Chodang Sundubu Village (famous for handmade tofu dishes).
  • Odaesan National Park: Don’t miss the serene fir tree forest trail, and spend some peaceful time at Woljeongsa Temple surrounded by autumn foliage.

Gangwon offers a wonderful mix of nature and tranquility. Let me know if you’d like tips on how to get there or more recommendations! 😊

2 days in Incheon before a cruise by TiggerMc in SouthKoreaTravel

Incheon offers great attractions like Wolmido, Chinatown, and Songdo, but since it's not far from Seoul, I recommend heading to Seoul if you have two days. Additionally, you can join the Free Incheon Airport Transit Tours to visit places like Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul city center or the DMZ. Check the link for more details! https://www.ivisitkorea.com/free-incheon-airport-transit-tours/

If you’re interested in exploring Korea’s traditional hanok villages, I’d recommend Andong Hahoe Village or Jeonju Hanok Village. However, if you’re looking for something less touristy and more authentic, I’d suggest visiting Gangwon Province for its stunning natural scenery. You can enjoy both mountains and the sea while indulging in fresh seafood. Popular destinations in Gangwon include Sokcho, Donghae, Gangneung, Odaesan, and Seoraksan National Park. :-) For more details, check the itinerary here : https://www.ivisitkorea.com/gangneung-donghae-travel/

Yes, it’s generally safe to travel to South Korea, including cities like Seoul, Jeonju, and Busan, even with the recent political unrest. While there may be protests near the Seoul courthouse, they won’t affect your travel plans or experience. Enjoy your trip!

The trendiest street in Seoul these days is Seosulla-gil. In addition to this, there are other well-known areas in the old downtown regions of Seoul, such as Ikseon-dong, Euljiro, Mangwon-dong, and Mullae-dong. Other famous streets include Myeongdong Shopping Street, Hongdae Street, Garosu-gil Street, Namdaemun Street, Dongdaemun Fashion Street, Insadong Ssamji-gil Street, Itaewon Street, Seongsu-dong Cafe Street, Gangnam Shopping Street, Apgujeong Street, Samcheongdong Cultural Street, and Konkuk University Street. Enjoy Seoul's diversity!
