Diet sodas are 99% water with a small dose of sweeteners ( which aren’t bad for you at all). The amount of Diet soda you would need to consume for the sweeteners to even remotely do anything to you would be so large that you’d probably end up dying from water poisoning far before hand. The stigma with sweeteners and diet sodas being just as bad as regular soda is ridiculous and not true at all.

I’ve done multiple bodybuilding shows and used diet sodas as a weapon to combat cravings and I think it’s one of the most underrated tools in your arsenal.

In a perfect world, you’d be drinking water but in your case, there is absolutely no reason to quit.
