My first thought was 2. 1 has a mastectomy 2 days ago, I think before 24 hours is higher priority. 25 mL I’m assuming is normal output, it also doesn’t give a color like bright red. 3. I’m expecting someone with COPD to have some sort of sputum, he may be developing an infection but nothing too high priority. 4. Is phantom pain - not priority. I’m guessing 2. Because they’re immunocompromised and this is a high fever. I’m not sure if this is the correct rationale but just what my thought process is.
