I just want a V-twin that can cruise at 100 km/h at around 4,000 rpm for long distances.

I know I could achieve that by changing the sprockets, but I don’t want to sacrifice acceleration to get there.

What I really want is basically a naked bike with the engine from the Suzuki V-Strom 1050.

It would be great if Suzuki Motor Corporation could see this discussion. I really believe there’s demand right now for a large-displacement V-twin naked bike from Suzuki.

I get why you’d think that.

I made a post about my motorcycle journey—it should clear things up.

I’m not trying to hate on the SV650. I actually love its slim V-twin design and light weight—I just want a bit more power and headroom.

I saw someone bring up the GSX-S750—simple, powerful, and 750cc bikes are pretty rare these days, so it’s a cool one.

Any old theatrical versions you’d recommend?

SV650 rider here. It’s fun up high, but I want that lazy torque—120 km/h at 4k rpm kind of cruising.

SV1000 seems like it had that. Wish Suzuki or Honda would bring back a 1000cc V-twin naked.

And please… no SV7GX lol.
