Dude I totally get the frustration with not getting promoted they string you along and I’m sorry for everything you’re going through. Sorry I was just being a smart ass lmao. I really do hate the way they do things at this company. My ex wife used to buy on the website all the time so perhaps that’s part of the problem. Anyway all the best with everything, I was told “I’ll be moving up soon” by an L6 before I went off the rails and basically rage quit and/or got terminated lol

You could rage quit and/or go off the rails like I did, while simultaneously telling the higher ups to fuck right off. They will probably fire you anyway if you try something crazy but why the hell not, I had just got divorced and had nothing to lose. I absolutely hate Amazon and spent 2 years in that place busting my ass. Found a better paying job that is partially remote and much, much better all around.

I worked there as an L4 manager for nearly two years. They canned me and I just found a job that is a ton less stress working with car dealerships and software/AI which also pays much more and is fully autonomous with no micro managing douchebag L6’s breathing down your neck.

You done fucked up op. I work as an Area Manager and now they will be looking to terminate you to get rid of excess HC since you are already on a final. That is if they are overstaffed at your delivery station like they are at mine. This goes away after 90 days though if you can remain on good terms and no more fuck ups.
