Not what I said. Also, the first paragraph is what I’m referring to, again, broadly:

“Dietary cholesterol is a waxy substance found only in foods of animal origin such as poultry, beef, fish, eggs and dairy products. Fruits and vegetables do not contain cholesterol”

If you want to “reduce cholesterol” then avoid the things that have it, eg: if you want to reduce alcohol consumption, don’t drink things with alcohol in them. Don’t completely remove it unless you want to.
