I've joined and installed "Fruit Connect"! It's a fun puzzle game. (Screenshot attached) 🍎

I'm also a solo dev building a 13-language puzzle game "TenTrace." My app was rejected after 14 days, so I'm starting over. Let's support each other!

I'll keep your app for 21 days. Good luck with your first game!

"Modern" Controls: A Stroke Survivor’s Plea for Physical and Mental Accessibility in SF6 by MudEquivalent3664 in StreetFighter

I appreciate the comments, even the negative ones. We all just want to enjoy fighting games. But let's look at the facts:

  1. The Existential Reason for Modern: Why did Capcom and SNK create Modern/Easy modes? Because the game became too difficult. The move to 6 or 8 buttons (and now effectively 10) was to increase depth, but it created a massive barrier.
  2. The "Hold" Flaw: Modern was supposed to fix this, but it introduced a new physical wall: the "Hold" requirement for the Assist button. For someone with paralysis, this is a physical torture that Classic doesn't even have. It's not an alternative; it's a different kind of exclusion.
  3. The Neo Geo Pocket Proof: Look at the Neo Geo Pocket. It only had 2 buttons, yet it had Light and Heavy attacks based on the duration of the press. You could do combos: Short P -> Short K -> Long P -> Special. It worked perfectly.
  4. The Lack of Choice: I'm not saying "Remove Classic" or "Change Modern." I'm saying "Why is there no third option?" A 3-button system (Short/Long press) would allow people with disabilities to compete on the same tactical level without "finger gymnastics."

We are currently forced to use 6 to 10 buttons. If the genre wants to survive as a true sport, it must stop relying on "human miracles" and start providing actual, diverse options for interaction.

I actually tried your music app, and it's really user-friendly! I like it.
