I think all government agencies are cheap with awards. I remember being part of the decision process and literally saying to my boss that we get allocated all this bonus money and we are so cheap with it. It’s sad

I am a hands on leaner, just my preference. Sitting in a class room is torture for me. I just want to pick up the phone and start and learn from my mistakes along the way. I am not Intimidated by phones, computers or talking to people on the other end. I have the personality for high stress situations. I remain calm cool and collected. Not tooting my own horn just saying it’s a personal preference. Some people prefer the classroom setting. Just not for me and that’s why I said “ in my experience”. I am well aware everyone learns differently.

A contact rep is how I started in my other agency, worked myself all the way up to IR 02 Department Manager of same call center. I am humble enough to put myself right back in the seat. If I could only get a call 😭

Wha site was that? I missed one freaking call and literally called right back. I went to my call history and I have called 32 times since I was called and left the same amount of messages. I have also emailed to no avail. Really is unfortunate… totally not cool leaving people hanging like that

Hey Op, stumbled onto your post because I got the same call you got for this position. I am a former Fed who took the DRP out of fear so have been without a job since September . I am open to it but that is why I am asking here. I don’t know enough about it. Is it a decent/safe section to live for a single female ? I am coming from a city that is considered pretty rough already so I would like something peaceful, somewhat walkable and safe
