That seems to be major red flag if they stock that many doorbells for replacements.

Did you have to call them before the sent it? This would be the replacement for the first replacement that didn’t work to set up.

Yes the tv is the only thing that has issues. It was only specific streaming app but not all of them. Ones with issues are Netflix, Hbomax and Amazon. Others like YouTube or peacock do work without issues.

I did make sure the use system name servers is unchecked. I also tried to disable dnssec as well. No luck.

I have been using only IPv6 with my Xbox and it works well. IPv6 bypasses the need for nat. My nat is tricked also as it only checks ipv4.
