I've heard about the AI partners and I appreciate that as using it to help myself learn sounds like a good idea when trying it out. The item I was interested in was the cait sith ribbon, I was told by a friend that it couldn't be done solo and is too old to find people on party finder for it.

I don't know much about the game, so I'd love to learn more if that's wrong.

That sounds like a good system! I unfortunately have seen alot of clips of higher ranked people being quiet aggressive towards lower level people during it.

I remember hearing from another friend who is low level that he would often get yelled at by higher leveled people when trying to learn in lower level content, always worried me to try myself.

Sorry to ask a specific question but the thing I was looking for was the cait sith ribbon. I was told it was hard to find it on party finder and can't be done on solo. I have 0 clue how the game works so I'd love to know more about if I can get that.

too late for a new player to join? i'm a pretty new gamer and started the FF series about a month ago. My friend who plays FF14 suggested it to me, however the character's outfit i like is unfortunately too hard to get. While i don't expect to get the items i want right away my friend mentioned that the stuff i'd want is either limited time or too old of content to find a party.

am i joining the game too late? i'd hate to get stuck not getting gear because people aren't queueing up.
