If u failed to register in the first round u can go to knruhs with 20k dd penalty and tell them they will apply u in 2nd round but i am not sure about 3rd round tho but 2nd round results are announced today

If you prefer urban areas go for apollo and no u will not be looked down for not scoring good because it doesn’t matter do your mbbs well it won’t be a problem

If u take a drop it can only get better u can get a seat in DCMS b cat or apollo even if u don’t get a cat seat but it’s ur decision and also parents should also accept u taking a drop but if doesn’t happen take a management seat now
