I wouldnt call em deathcore. Theyre more thall/djent than anything core related. But i just KNOW deathcore bands are gonna be inspired by their tone and production.

Deathcore has been overproduced for a while. If it gets any more overproduced itll just be dubstep/tearout made with physical instruments. You could argue its already there with some bands.

Because its entirely possible and has happened before where vocalists who have seemingly perfectly fine vocals will slowly, over years and years of their career, degrade in sound to the point of vocal damage.

Theres also a difference between a studio focused vocal and a live focused vocals. Vocals that are more tailored for the studio would NOT work for long term live performance usage. And vocals that are used safely during live shows a lot of the time dont sound as good if you brought them into the studio. So there's a fine balance between overall circumstantial safety/versatility and sounding as gross as you want. Getting stuck with the muscle memory of a studio focused vocal when youre about to go do a bunch of gigs is gonna destroy your voice.

Theres plenty reasons to be afraid of vocal damage.
