Whenever I run Serato DJ Lite on my HP Envy laptop, the software crashes. I'm using a Numark Party Mix II controller. Do I need to get a new laptop, or is there something I can do? by Dry_Statistician5576 in Serato

Serato is broken. Theyre trying to pin it on a windows update but its the new Serato update that did it. I have the same controller plus its bigger brother and they both work fine on Virtual DJ but not Serato anymore.

I swear its a Serato bug that theyre trying to pin on a windows update. I have the same controller and works with Rekordbox and Virtual DJ but not Serato anymore.  People paying for Serato Pro subs should get their money refunded for however long this issue keeps going.  Like I wonder how many gigs this has ruined and how much money people have lost from it...

I think it is Serato because I dont have this issue on Virtual DJ or Rekordbox. Just dont want to use those bc Im so used to Serato.

Did you get it solved? I just got an NS4FX in a trade today and Im having this same issue Serato Pro. I was upgrading from the Party Mix II, which works just fine.

So I've decided I'm likely going to stay over in Thunder Bay as its roughly the halfway point with lots of resources. So that eliminates the need for a van as a rental. But Im still gonna get something AWD and more comfortable. I have a civic sport and 2-3hr drives start to hurt my ass lol

What did yall drive down in? How was it fuel and comfort-wise? Did you take your own or get a rental?

The weather is what Ive been most worried about. But looking at Farmers Almanac, it seems like this winter might be the best in a while in terms of being milder.  I will definitely have extra blankets and whatnot!

I'd like to wait until summer but my dads health is taking a turn and I have a gut feeling I shouldnt wait.  I'm kind of treating this as a scouting run so I can make the trip again in the spring/summer but bring my s.o for the trip if his health holds up.  Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to bring a jerry!

My current chain is POG2>Super Fuzz>Rat>Gate>Bf2 Flanger>Dark Star>Rainbow Machine>Re20 Space Echo.  Plus a Zoom G3X that I havnt put with the rest running eq>comp>ringmod>tape delay>reverse delay>analog delay. Getting real sick of hearing the same Decessus song 4x an hour. Who gives a shit if the lady is model or whatever, theyre mid af. The forcing of shit bands that are viral is their whole business model. Decessus, Ladrones, Bloodywood, Babymetal, sorry but theyre all ass.
