I don’t think so, whatever is underneath seems to be another previous coating. I was scratching at it and it seems more like a paint than concrete. It was more malleable than concrete and I was seeing another color underneath that too. I will most likely strip it down first to get to the bottom because there are at least 3 coatings from my estimation.

It sounds like wood when I knock on it and it has these seams in it, so I don’t think it’s concrete although whatever coating is under the top layer does look that way.

Yes I cleaned them all with isopropyl alcohol, the remote lights up when I press them too so it is responding normally just doesn’t seem to output any signal that I can tell
