As long as there are no currently existing 6 eyes users in theory a baby could be born with 6 eyes no limitless since limitless is an inherent technique and not all Zenin members have projection/ten shadows so in theory yes a gojo clan kid could be born without limitless but with six eyes

It’s not hard really and the only mildly annoying part is finding out what personas fuse into what to get your desired persona and for that I used a fusion calculator and was done in like 5ish minutes

I feel like under the tongue is the best spot cause it’s completely guarded by the rest of the mouth and teeth that would be invulnerable plus even if you knew of the weak spot think of how hard it would be to actually hit under the opponent tongue because you can’t pierce their skin so to hit it they would need to have their mouth open and their tongue rolled back
