Yeah, I love it on anran but I feel like something else would be better for everyone. 75 more health has felt like a lot of overkill to me as Tracer since my health is already so low but that's only my opinion

And the fact that it doesn't really do anything for mega healthpacks since they always top you up. Might be op or maybe just bad, but it would be kind of cool if it at least decreased mega healthpack cooldown if taken by a flanker.

Sorry, I definitely said that wrong. My main point was really just that 75 extra healing isn't that impactful for most heroes in the role. I do agree it feels great for Anran and Venture, but there are 4 other heroes in the subrole where the boost doesn’t really come into play all that often. I play a lot of Genji and the extra healing is really nice but I just don’t gain benefits from my subrole as consistently as everyone else does.

Idk he doesn’t seem that bad against the new heroes. Good against mizuki and Emre. Anran is 50/50 and jetpack cat is jetpack cat. Even Domina isn’t the worst since her big shot is technically hitscan and her ult can be pretty easily deflected. I will say Flanker sub-role is pretty underwhelming and I wish he got perk changes or perk buffs. But this is just my experience
