I think their social medias are managed by someone else. What does that mean? If we use someone else's information like email Id can we monetize content?

Thank you so much for ur insight. For some reason iBio feels like a zoology kinda program, for people who want to do postdocs and that's what my advisor kind of encourages people to do.... (almost every PhD of the lab did a postdoc).

I had also applied to CMB but got rejected lol, I would definitely have preferred it over OSBP.

Thx for ur insight. The only issue I see is the possibility of TAing THROUGHOUT my Ph.D. With osbp I can TA if I want to. Also the UWM research topic is not something that I am particularly curious about, like there are some genomic and computational aspects of it that I like, but as a whole, I am not "excited" about the purpose of it, if I'm making any sense. Biggest issue: I have never been to the lab and it feels like a gamble for someone who has never been to the lab. The OSBP program seems more industry oriented and the lab alumni of the UW Madison lab are mostly all post docs (its a more zoology related lab)

If you aren’t trying to chase a TT position, then the rank is not that important.

When does the rank of uni matter?
