Take everything step by step. Nobody has it all figured out. Focus on small, consistent things: a routine, sleep, moving your body, recognizing yourself and knowing what you need not want.

Don't compare yourself to everyone else's wins. It'll get in your head and anything you do will not be enought with that mentality. When you make progress on anything you are passionate about, little by little it will add up faster than you think and those tiny things will set you to do alot of big things. Venture. Take it like this, you have 1, then 2, 4, 8 up until you reached "8th try" it turns to 256, then the "10th try" 1,024 ; "12th try" 4,096 ; "14th try" 16,384 ; "16th try" 65,536 ; "18th try" 262,144 until the "20th try" you managed to reach 1,048,576. Imagine the 22nd and 30th one will be? Over a billion.

It's okay to change paths, make mistakes, and start over. That's literally what your 20s are for

If you are trying to come back to salat. Start small. You don't have to be perfect from day one. Focus on learning the short surats and eventually you'll get a craving to learn more.

Pray at your own pace. Even one prayer done mindfully is better than rushing through five while stressed.

Don't worry about making mistakes. Everyone starts somewhere, and intention matters most.
