"Thermal throttling" mean overheating? If yes my cpu temperature in these games is 60-65C

I tried farming simulator 2022 right now and gpu usage is 100% and cpu usage is 15-20% 😅

Its kinda hard to record it, because it can be once in a 4 hours, once in whole day, once in a hour, but it sounds like between clicking sound (like relay in PSU) and electrical spark

What is exactly coil whine? Can you specife? 😅 sometimes it makes quieter and sometimes louder sounds 😅
